Prayer Warriors

“He went on a little farther and fell face down on the ground, praying…” – Matthew 26:39

There are many reasons why we pray to God.  God not only wants us to talk to Him when things are bad and we really need help, but He also wants to celebrate with us when things are going really well.  Because, if we’re being honest with ourselves, we need God in both the bad and the good times.  Our prayers to God are our conversations with God, such as we would have with a friend.  We confide in our friends regardless of the situation, big or small, petty or pertinent.  No matter what life brings your way, God is with you through it all.

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.  Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” – Philippians 4:6

The barrier between God and man was removed by Jesus.  That means we can go to God with BOLD requests, assured that He will hear our prayers and answer us.  This doesn’t mean that God will always give us a “yes”; sometimes it’s a “no”, and at other times it’s a “wait on Me”.  We can’t always know God’s reasons, but we can rest in the fact that He is still God, and His ways are always greater than our own.

“[S]he who kneels before God can stand before anyone.”

Whatever you may be facing today, God is there for you.  We want to be here for you too.  Whether in public or private, With All Her Might wants the privilege of praying for you.  Feel free to post prayer requests on our monthly Wall of Prayer, and as a community, let’s watch and be blessed as God answers our prayers!  If you would like to be prayed for out of the spotlight, please send us an email at withallhermight@gmail.com.

“May the LORD answer all your prayers.” – Psalm 20:5b
